- Dry Bones - Win the 100cc Leaf Cup.
- Mii A - Win the 100cc Special Cup.
- Bowser Jr - Get 1 Star Rank for all the 100cc old Cups.
- Daisy - Win the 150cc Special Cup.
- Dry Bowser - Get 1 Star Rank for all 150cc Cups
Unlockable Characters in Time Trials:
- Birdo - Play Time Trials on 16 different tracks.
- Toadette - Play Time Trials on 32 different tracks.
- Funky Kong - Unlock 4 staff ghosts in the Time Trials.
- Baby Luigi - Unlock 8 staff ghosts in the Time Trials.
- Mii B - Unlock 32 staff ghosts in the Time Trials.
- Rosalina - Win a Cup with a Super Mario Galaxy save or get a star rank in all mirror cups.
